Barbara Bundy\, VP of FIDM\, has extended an invitation to The Trusteeship for a private hospitality event PRIOR to its opening on Monday evening\, August 21st. See below for details. \nPerformance begins at 8:00 pm. \nWhere:\nThe Huntington Library\, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens\nAt the Dorothy C. Brown Garden Lawn\n1151 Oxford Road\nSan Marino\, CA \nWho:\nThis is open to Trusteeship Members only until July 14th and then will be opened to inviting guests if there is room. 8 Member Limit. First come first served. \nCosts:\nOur tickets have been graciously given to us from Rachael Worby (thanks Rachael!) and are a value of $250 per ticket. The only cost to you will be for your dinner (which must be pre-ordered). The average costs for dinner are between $20 -$80 (They have boxed meals for order that range from about $20 for a sandwich box to $25-30 for an entrée box to $55 for a wine and cheese plate. These orders will be available for pick up at the concessions tent onsite. The other option is to order a catered meal to your table which will be around $80 per person and includes all cutlery\, linens\, and waited table service. The entire table would need to opt for the served meal\, they\, unfortunately could not do a combination of boxed and served meals at one table. Please indicate your preference when you RSVP – I will need preferences by July 14th). \nParking:\nMembers may park in the main Huntington parking lot\, with entrance from either the Oxford Gate or the Allen Gate (see map below). Frieda chose not to see any obstacles in 1962 when she became the first woman in the U.S. to own and operate a produce company on the all-male Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market.
